In fact, many doctors have also found that Isthmic Spondylolisthesis is a cause of sciatica. Isthmic Spondylolisthesis is a stress fracture that is most commonly on the 5th lumbar; which then allows the vertebra to slip. Many people have also found that if they have has spinal tumors or infections, that they also will get sciatica; although it is very rare.
