A chiropractic care professional will likely recommend proper exercise, diet and pre-coital stretching to combat and prevent this problem.
While, again, the exact cause of a migraine has yet to be determined to any significant degree, there is definite negative correlation in the amount of blood flowing easily to and from the brain and the occurrence of migraines.
